My counselling practice, Ellen Sharrocks Counselling, is an established city centre practice located in Friar Lane in the Old Town of Leicester. I am fully insured and a registered, accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), abiding by its strict ethical framework for practice.
Ellen Sharrocks BSc (Hons), MBACP (Accred)
Trained at the University of Leicester, I am experienced in counselling adults and couples with a wide range of emotional difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, trauma and abuse. I have previously worked in an agency setting at the Leicester Counselling Centre. I now work in private practice and am a registered counsellor/psychotherapist with AXA Health, Aviva and Health Assured.
