Therapy with a BACP Accredited Counsellor

Counselling has proven to be effective for many people who are struggling.
You will spend time with the same BACP accredited, experienced counsellor on a regular weekly basis.
Counselling is a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, relationships and how they affect you.
Together, you can think about how your past experience may have affected how things are for you now.
Through “looking inside”, you can work things through, build your self-esteem and live your life in a way that works for you.
When you feel ready to leave counselling, just let your counsellor know and you will agree your last session date. This may be after only a short period of time, or it may be longer - it’s up to you.
